Chief Sales Officer

Your Mission

As our Chief Sales Officer, you’ll be the high-performance captain steering growth via human-first relationship building and AI-informed insight. You’ll:

  • Define and own sales strategy aligned with our mission of AI + Human Centricity

  • Identify and penetrate target industries, from higher education to manufacturing

  • Build and lead a small but mighty sales team

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and execution teams for seamless service delivery

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategy, forecasting, and performance

  • Proven sales leadership – You’ve built and led B2B sales teams, ideally in marketing, tech, or AI-adjacent sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans

  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship of sales professionals

  • Own pipeline, forecasting, and CRM effectiveness

  • Present at client pitches and strategic meetings

  • Collaborate across Strategy, Creative, Media, and Execution teams

  • Report regular performance metrics and insights to the CEO

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in sales leadership roles, with 5+ years in B2B environments

  • Expertise in consultative/solutions-based selling

  • Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and communication skills

  • Experience working in small, mission-driven teams
