Your Mission
As our Chief Sales Officer, you’ll be the high-performance captain steering growth via human-first relationship building and AI-informed insight. You’ll:
Define and own sales strategy aligned with our mission of AI + Human Centricity
Identify and penetrate target industries, from higher education to manufacturing
Build and lead a small but mighty sales team
Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and execution teams for seamless service delivery
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategy, forecasting, and performance

Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship of sales professionals
Own pipeline, forecasting, and CRM effectiveness
Present at client pitches and strategic meetings
Collaborate across Strategy, Creative, Media, and Execution teams
Report regular performance metrics and insights to the CEO
Qualifications
8+ years in sales leadership roles, with 5+ years in B2B environments
Expertise in consultative/solutions-based selling
Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent analytical, forecasting, and communication skills
Experience working in small, mission-driven teams

The Role
We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands how to turn raw footage into compelling, scroll-stopping stories. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality video content that performs across platforms while staying true to each brand’s voice.
If you care as much about storytelling and pacing as you do about clean cuts and crisp visuals, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, ads, and podcasts
Create engaging Reels, Shorts, TikToks, YouTube videos, and promotional clips
Apply branding, captions, graphics, and motion elements consistently
Optimize video formats and lengths for each platform
Collaborate with strategists and creatives to bring concepts to life
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Take feedback well and iterate quickly
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required)
Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
Understanding of social media trends and best practices
Experience with captions, pacing, hooks, and retention-focused edits
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote environment
Bonus: Motion graphics, sound design, or color grading experience
